Unfortunately these do not come in sizes like a 4T. I outseam of the chaps is 26" long, you will want to measure them from the waist to the floor with their boots on to get the outseam. The vest is 20" - 40" and the waist is 20" with another 7" on the belt so the waist could go up to 27".

A: This is a protective vest made just like the adult vests.

It is impossible to say because every kid is shaped differently. The best thing to do is measure him/her form the waist to the floor with his/her boots on and that will give you your outseam measurement.
